Finally got to fly over the rockies on our flight to Montana. We flew back on O2 at 25,000 Ft at 260 MPH sustained; with a tail wind of course.

I flew my family out to Arizona in the Six in 1995

We hiked the Grand Canyon. It was snowing on the South Rim, Raining part way down and dry near the bottom of the canyon. We hiked 12 miles that day.

Metor Crater, Arizona

While flying in Arizona we wanted to land at the Grand Canyon Airport, but just as we passed the Metor Crater, snow blocked our path.

So we ended up landing in Winslow, Arizona. We rented a car there and drove all over Arizona.

We went to Germany in 1996

Mice
No Hot Water sometimes. Thermostat old/defecxtive. Needs modern water heater.
Dish Washer Out of Service - leaves soap on dishes
Toilet keeps refilling (flapper valve is leaky)
Some doors don't close, stick or creak loudly. Had to use WD40 on them.
Heater needs an Off switch to safeguard from children
Refrigerator noisey
TV not working. Caretaker did not return my phone call in a timely manner about the TV going out. (Thunderstorm took out the TV RF front-end amplifier)
Overall home construction sometimes not professional. (Cheap paneling in living room, some plywood cabinet and door construction)
Gas grill did not work. (Out of gas?)
No WiFi internet.

Severe Leak in Porch Roof (Hate to see a nice home ruined by water damage)

Overall, I would recommend staying here.
